1. Digital Products
As all our offerings — including courses, meditations, digital guides, online sessions, and other materials — are delivered electronically, no physical shipping is required.
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation with details and/or access links to your purchased product.
- Access to online courses or sessions is typically granted instantly or within a few minutes after purchase.
- If your order includes downloadable content (like eBooks, audio files, or resources), you’ll receive an email containing the download link(s).
Please make sure you enter a valid and active email address during checkout, as all communication and delivery details will be sent there.
2. Non-Delivery Due to Email Issues
If you do not receive your order confirmation or access email within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder.
If the email is still missing, contact us at info@myhigherself.in with your order details, and we’ll promptly resend your access information.
3. Live Sessions or Workshops
For online classes, coaching calls, or workshops with scheduled dates:
- You’ll receive joining details and timing at least 24–48 hours before the session.
- In case of any delay or rescheduling, we will notify you via the registered email address.
4. No Physical Shipping
Since we do not sell or deliver any tangible products, no physical shipping, courier, or logistics are involved.
Accordingly, there are no shipping charges, delivery timelines, or tracking details associated with your order.
